50 Cent Trolls Floyd Mayweather Over $340M Showtime Lawsuit

Floyd Mayweather is one of the most decorated fighters in boxing history, boasting an undefeated record and multiple world championships. Beyond the ring, the former champion is equally famous for his love of wealth, luxury cars, jewelry, and a lavish lifestyle.

Floyd Mayweather recently made headlines after filing a California lawsuit claiming that $340 million in earnings remain missing and unaccounted. The lawsuit alleges payments meant for Mayweather were improperly routed into accounts connected to his longtime adviser Al Haymon.

Mayweather accused Showtime and former Showtime Sports president Stephen Espinoza of aiding breaches, conversion, and unjust enrichment. Notably, Haymon is not named as a defendant while the complaint seeks punitive damages beyond the disputed amount.

Reports suggest the disputed amount stems from blockbuster bouts against Conor McGregor and Manny Pacquiao, which generated hundreds of millions in combined earnings. Showtime has denied wrongdoing, and the case remains unresolved, sparking debate across the boxing business and entertainment circles.

Following the news, popular American rapper 50 Cent took to Instagram to make fun of Floyd Mayweather. “Oh no don’t cry now champ they beat you out of $320 million, you dumb a*s. I told you let me read the contracts now lace up, You gotta look good fighting Mike. then maybe we can get Bud to beat your a*s for some big money,” wrote 50 Cent via Instagram.

50 Cent’s remarks gained traction due to his long-running public feud with undefeated boxing star Floyd Mayweather Jr., which has frequently played out across social media platforms.

50 Cent’s old feud with Floyd Mayweather

The feud between 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Jr. began as a friendship, then spiraled into insults and social media taunts. Once close business partners, tensions rose after failed promotional ventures, unpaid loans, and constant mockery questioning Mayweather’s literacy skills.

50 Cent relentlessly mocked Mayweather, posting screenshots and captions portraying himself as smarter and financially superior, publicly often. Mayweather fired back by dismissing 50 Cent as irrelevant and reminding fans of his undefeated record status. Though tensions cooled over time, the rivalry remains one of boxing’s most infamous celebrity beefs in combat sports history.

Currently, speculation surrounds Mayweather facing former kickboxing star Mike Zambidis in an exhibition setting. On the other hand, fans closely watch how this new ongoing lawsuit unfolds in the future.
