Jordan McCann Reveals £150,000 MisFits Purse After Big Stacks Defeat

Jordan McCann has revealed that he earned a huge £150,000 purse for his Misfits Boxing fight against Big Stacks, despite suffering a second-round stoppage defeat.

The rapper returned to the ring on Saturday night for his second appearance under the Misfits Boxing banner. However, his latest outing ended painfully after Big Stacks produced a dominant performance and left McCann unable to see properly from one eye.

The fight was stopped by the ringside doctor after McCann’s eye became badly swollen. Big Stacks had controlled the contest from the opening bell, repeatedly landing heavy shots and putting his opponent under pressure.

McCann Admits He Isn’t A Boxer

Following the defeat, McCann was surprisingly honest about his performance and admitted that he does not consider himself a serious boxer.

McCann revealed that the £150,000 payment would make a major difference to his family, while also acknowledging that the money was not the only reason he stepped into the ring.

He said that he had not taken his training camps seriously enough and had relied too much on his natural ability and preparation for social media appearances. According to McCann, his second fight showed the consequences of treating boxing casually.

The defeat was McCann’s second in just three months. He previously fought Ibiza Final Boss in June, taking the fight to the judges after four rounds.

Despite losing to Big Stacks, McCann still gave credit to his opponent. He described Stacks as someone who successfully did his job on the night and praised his coach and team.

Big Stacks Calls Out Martyn Ford

Big Stacks, whose real name is Charlie Robert, was pleased with his performance but admitted that there were areas he still needed to improve.

The British fighter said he believed his power made the difference and that he repeatedly caught McCann with clean shots. However, he also admitted that his cardio remained a problem and promised to improve before his next appearance.

After securing the victory, Big Stacks immediately turned his attention towards another high-profile opponent.

He called out Martyn Ford, referring to the social media personality and imposing figure as his preferred next opponent. Stacks claimed that he is the UK’s hardest man and made it clear that he wants to settle the rivalry inside the boxing ring.

With McCann admitting that he needs to take boxing more seriously and Big Stacks already looking for his next challenge, both fighters could have very different paths ahead following Saturday night’s Misfits event.
