Chase DeMoor believes there is one crossover fight that now makes perfect sense for the combat sports world — Andrew Tate vs Nate Diaz.
Following the wild MVP MMA event on Netflix, DeMoor publicly pushed the idea of Tate stepping into the ring or cage against Diaz, calling it “the fight to make” after both men suffered high profile losses in recent months.
The matchup would bring together two of the biggest names in internet and combat sports culture. Tate remains one of the most talked about personalities online, while Diaz continues to carry massive star power from his legendary UFC career and fan friendly fighting style.
The timing of the callout is also interesting because both men are coming off defeats.
Tate lost a majority decision to DeMoor in his boxing debut at Misfits Mania in Dubai in December. Despite entering the fight with a decorated kickboxing background, Tate struggled with DeMoor’s pressure and cardio across the later rounds.
DeMoor later even defended Tate from criticism, saying the influencer was not “fraud checked” despite the loss and actually showed toughness inside the ring.

Nate Diaz Comes Off Brutal Loss to Mike Perry
Meanwhile, Diaz is also looking to bounce back after suffering a brutal stoppage loss to Mike Perry on the MVP MMA Netflix card. Perry overwhelmed Diaz with relentless pressure, elbows, and knees before the fight was stopped by doctors after the second round due to severe cuts on Diaz’s face.
Despite the defeat, Diaz’s name still carries huge value in crossover combat sports, especially after years of blockbuster fights inside and outside the UFC. A potential showdown with Tate would almost certainly attract massive attention online given both men’s personalities and fanbases.

For Tate, the fight would be a chance to silence critics after losing to DeMoor and prove he can compete against a genuine combat sports icon. For Diaz, it would offer another massive payday and an opportunity to rebound after the damaging loss to Perry.
The idea may sound unusual, but crossover combat sports continues to grow bigger every year. With influencers, former UFC stars, and internet personalities constantly sharing the spotlight, a fight between Andrew Tate and Nate Diaz no longer feels impossible.
And according to Chase DeMoor, it is exactly the kind of spectacle fans would pay to see.
