ONE Friday Fights 156 returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand this Friday, May 29, live in Asia primetime, with nine bouts across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA. Every athlete on the card is hunting a US$100,000 contract and a permanent place on ONE’s global roster.
Kongsuk Sitsarawatsuer headlines in bantamweight Muay Thai against Uzbekistani debutant Khakimov Anisjon. The 25-year-old Kongsuk is one of the most decorated veterans to have competed in the weekly series.

He was introduced to Muay Thai by his grandfather at the age of 10, went on to claim two Lumpinee Stadium World Titles, and earned a performance bonus at ONE Friday Fights 146 with a statement stoppage. A three-fight winning streak has placed him within reach of the contract he has been building toward throughout his run, and Anisjon arrives as a physically imposing forward-pressure fighter whose straight right and powerful body kicks have made him a dangerous debutant on paper.
The co-main event pairs Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Mongkoldetlek Por Pim-on against Russian Tiger Muay Thai product Ruslan Tuktarov in a second bantamweight Muay Thai contest.
Mongkoldetlek’s counter-striking, precise kick timing, and suffocating clinch work have made him one of the weekly series’ most technically accomplished performers, while Tuktarov arrives with a 14-3 record and the footwork-based, accurate counter game of a fighter who has spent serious time learning from world-class training partners in Phuket.
The rest of the card delivers Petmuangsri Torfunfarm against Cape Verde’s Diogo Miguel Silva in flyweight kickboxing. Songpandin Chor Kaewwiset meets Guanyu Sor Ratchanikul at flyweight, Singharat SitKhuntab takes on Italy’s Vincenzo Esposito at bantamweight, and Payak Saksatoon faces Tandiao Por Prawit in atomweight Muay Thai.
Petbangsaray and Wanchana Bomuangpan run it back in a bantamweight rematch, India’s Monjit Yein meets Tajikistan’s Parviz Khamidzhonov in strawweight MMA, and Japan’s Yoshida Kosei opens the card against Vietnam’s Hoang Gia Dai in flyweight kickboxing.
