Lito Adiwang has rebuilt his career in the flyweight division with two first-round finishes in consecutive outings. Now he faces his biggest test yet in the weight class, and it arrives in the form of an unbeaten 22-year-old who has stopped everyone placed in front of him.
Adiwang meets Brazilian newcomer Antonio “The Flash” Cesar in a flyweight MMA bout at ONE Fight Night 45 on Prime Video, broadcasting live in U.S. primetime from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, July 17. Cesar replaces Joshua Perreira, who had been the original booking. The card is headlined by a featherweight Muay Thai clash between Luke Lessei and Mohamed Younes Rabah.

Adiwang spent the early years of his ONE Championship career as one of the strawweight division’s most exciting finishers before moving up to flyweight. The transition has produced the most destructive performances of his career. His flyweight debut at ONE Fight Night 37 in November produced a first-round TKO of Mauro Mastromarini. His most recent outing at ONE Fight Night 43 in May was even more emphatic: 34 seconds, Eko Roni Saputra stopped, and a second consecutive bonus added to his record.
Eighteen career victories, a 75 percent finishing rate, and consecutive first-round TKOs have established the Soma Fight Club representative as a legitimate divisional threat. He has signalled clearly that the flyweight division is where his future lies, and a third straight finish on July 17 would push his name firmly into contender conversations.

Cesar arrives with credentials to match. The 22-year-old Brazilian has won 13 of 15 professional contests and carries an eight-fight winning streak into his promotional debut. His two most recent victories both came by rear-naked choke within two months of each other in 2026, demonstrating a submission arsenal that is growing sharper with every outing.
A victory for Adiwang would extend his current run to three straight and keep him on the march toward the divisional summit. For Cesar, stopping a battle-tested veteran like the Filipino fan favourite would announce him to the global audience at the loudest possible volume. When they meet on July 17, both men have everything to fight for.
