Boxing is also popular among celebrities as it offers fast effective results to fit in with their busy lifestyles and even many of the TOWIE cast like James Lock, Tom McDonnell and Sam Mucklow also enjoy training in boxing. In fact, Sam Mucklow is actually a keen Muay Thai practitioner.

Who are TOWIE’s James Lock and Sam Mucklow?
James Lock
James Lock, nicknamed “Lockie”, is an actor and is best known for his on-and-off relationship with Yaz Oukhellou and being best friends with Pete Wickes on the ITVbe series The Only Way is Essex. James Lock is a straight talking, good humoured guy and loves to wind up his mates. James enjoys to work-out weight lifting and boxing.
Sam Mucklow
Sam Mucklow is an actor and businessman and joined the cast of TOWIE in 2018. He has several businesses and has run his own brand of apparel Go Hardcore which featured many of the TOWIE cast as models. Sam is engaged to fellow TOWIE actor Shelby Tribble and they had their first child in November 2020. Sam has enjoyed training in Muay Thai for many years.
