“Something With The Arabs”- Turki Alalshikh Slams Dua Lipa For Not Performing At Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
Turki Alalshikh is the main man behind the much-anticipated boxing bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. The fight will take place on December 11th inside the Principality Stadium, Cardiff.
The fight will be streamed live on Netflix, and the hype around it is massive, given the big names involved in it. Ahead of the fight, there has been some controversy regarding the ongoing beef with Eddie Hearn and Dana White.
Apart from that, it seems like pop star Dua Lipa has also been caught up in another big controversy. Ahead of the fight in a recent press conference, Turki Alalshikh was asked about Dua Lipa not performing at the event.
“I know Dua Lipa will not perform because she doesn’t like boxing, and maybe she doesn’t like me also. I think she has something with the Arabs. It is my blood, I can’t change it,” said Turki Alalshikh while making a joke.
Previously, Dua Lipa reportedly declined an offer to perform at Fury vs. Joshua. For now, there is no public evidence that she declined because of Alalshikh’s Arab identity, and she has not publicly responded to his latest comments.

Turki Alalshikh believes Anthony Joshua saved boxing
Last year, Anthony Joshua fought YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in an exhibition bout at the Kaseya Center in Miami, and the fight drew immense attention. As expected, Joshua won via a brutal KO and went home with over $90 million.
During the press conference, Turki Alalshikh talked about this fight in detail and mentioned what it meant to him. “AJ saved boxing by kicking out the YouTuber from boxing. Thank God,” said Turki Alalshikh.
Going ahead, both Joshua and Tyson Fury have not missed any opportunity to diss each other online and in press conferences. While many fans have mentioned that this fight should have happened before, the hype behind it is still huge.
