Today by counting down the Top 10 UFC fighters with the most fights in history, we’re shining a spotlight on careers of the fighters who’ve put it all on the line, time and time again.
These fighters might not all be champions, but they’ve earned massive respect for their resilience. They’ve faced defeat, injury, and doubt, yet they keep coming back for more.
Important Note: In this list only UFC fights will be considered – no other promotions or organizations. If a fighter has a long career outside the UFC, those fights won’t count towards this list. Let’s focus on the octagon legends who’ve put in the work in the UFC.
#10 Diego Sanchez – 32

Diego Sanchez, a professional since 2002, was the inaugural winner of The Ultimate Fighter 1 in the Middleweight division in 2005. Throughout his UFC career, he showcased versatility by competing in multiple weight classes, including Featherweight, Lightweight, and Welterweight, ultimately fighting 32 times with a record of 19 wins and 13 losses.
#9 Demian Maia – 33

Demian Maia, a Brazilian grappling expert and 5th-degree BJJ black belt, transitioned to MMA in 2001. He competed in the UFC in both Middleweight and Welterweight divisions, accumulating a record of 22 wins and 11 losses in over 33 fights, including title shots in both divisions, though ultimately coming up short in his efforts to claim the championship.
#8 Neil Magny – 34

Neil Magny is one of three fighters that have tied with same number of UFC fights at 34, magny a professional since 2010, who gained recognition after appearing on The Ultimate Fighter: Carwin vs. Nelson. He has had a lengthy UFC career with a record of 22 wins and 12 losses. Some of his notable wins include victories over fighters like Dong Hyun Kim, Hector Lombard, Tim Means, and Vicente Luque.
#7 Charles Oliveira – 34

Charles Oliveira, known as “Do Bronx,” is one of the few fighters who reached the pinnacle of success despite remarkable longevity in the sport. He holds multiple records, including most submission wins, most bonuses, and most finishes in the UFC.
Oliveira has had a storied career, competing in 34 bouts inside the Octagon, with a record of 23 wins, 10 losses, and 1 no contest. He won the Lightweight title and is widely considered one of the greatest Lightweight fighters in MMA history.
#6 Jeremy Stephens – 34

There’s more to Jeremy Stephens than the infamous roast “Who the f*** is this guy?” from Conor McGregor. Stephens debuted in the UFC in 2007 and has competed in 34 fights in the organization, with a record of 15 wins and 18 losses. “Lil heathen” fought at lightweight and featherweight in his long career.

#5 Rafael Dos Anjos – 36

Rafael dos Anjos, who debuted in the UFC in 2008, is a former Lightweight Champion with notable victories over Nate Diaz, Anthony Pettis, and Donald Cerrone. Throughout his UFC career, he has competed in 36 fights, accumulating a record of 21 wins and 15 losses inside the octagon.
#4 Clay Guida – 37

Clay Guida is a 22 year mma veteran who competed in numerous promotions like WEC , strikeforce and shooto. However, Guida found his true ceiling in popularity when he joined UFC in 2006. Where he competed in both 145 and 155 divisions. Guida was inducted into UFC hall of fame in 2019 for his fight with fellow crazy brawler diego sanchez. Guida is well-known for his longetivity having fought 37 times in the octagon.
#3 Donald Cerrone – 38

Donald Cerrone, popularly known as “Cowboy,” is a fan-favorite and UFC Hall of Famer who produced some amazing moments during his tenure in the UFC. He’s a former title challenger and holds the record for most fight bonuses in UFC/WEC history combined. Cerrone fought 38 times in UFC with record of 23 wins and 14 losses with 1 NC.
#2 Andrei Arlovski – 42

Andrei Arlovski is a veteran mixed martial artist with an impressive tenure in the UFC, competing in the organization for over two decades since his debut in 2000. He became the UFC Heavyweight Champion in 2005 by defeating Tim Sylvia. With 42 fights inside the UFC octagon, Arlovski has cemented his place as one of the most experienced fighters in the sport.
#1 Jim Miller – 46

Jim Miller is an American mixed martial artist and veteran UFC fighter competing in the Lightweight division. With a 16-year tenure in the organization, he holds notable records for most bouts and most wins in UFC history, with an impressive record of 27 wins, 18 losses, and 1 no contest, showcasing his enduring presence in the UFC.
