UFC 313 was live from Las Vegas. The card was headlined By Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev. In the co-main event Justin Gaethje rematches Rafael Fiziev.

New champion Crowned
Magomed Ankalaev defeated Alex Pereira via convincing decision to claim light- heavyweight Championship. Magomed pushed the pace on Pereira early on and sealed the deal with clinches in championship rounds. Even though Alex Pereira flurried leg kicks of his own but it was no where near the volume of new 205 champion.
In the co-main event Justin Gaethje proved again his mettle in his rematch with Rafael Fiziev. Gaethje was finding success inside the pocket and has rocked Fiziev with the uppercut in the second round. Fiziev found his own in some portion of the fight. However, Justin Gaethje won by decision after three hard fought rounds.

Elsewhere on the card Ignacio Bahamondes submits Jalin Turner with triangle choke in the first round.the lightweight bout was contested on the main card of UFC 313.
Straweights Amanda Lemos and Iasmin lucindo fought three rounds for decision. Lemos came out victorius by unanimous decision by all three judges.
In the main card opener Mauricio ruffy viciously knocked out long time UFC veteran King Green by a beautiful wheel kick in starting round of their fight. This win could lead Mauricio ruffy to crack the top 15 in the lighweight rankings.
What’s next for the UFC fans?
The next event for the company is next weekend where former title challenger Marvin Vettori fights fellow 185er Roman Dolidze in a 254th fight night card of UFC.
Then on 22nd march former welterweight king Leon Edwards returns for a fight against Sean Brady. The fight will take place inside O2 arena of London, United Kingdom. This will be Brits first fight since his title loss to Belal Muhammad.
On the same card in London former 205 champion Jan Blachowicz goes up against Carlos Ulberg. Also middleweight star Kevin Holland fights Sbg fighter and Conor McGregor’s teammate Gunnar Nelson in a welterweight fight.
Former flyweight kingpin and fan favorite Brandon Moreno set to clash with Steve Erceg in the main event of fight night in Mexico to close out the March events for the UFC.
