Who is Fighting on Noche UFC 3 This Year?

Noche UFC has quickly become one of the UFC’s most unique traditions, celebrating Mexican Independence Day weekend with exciting fight cards. While the first two editions were massive spectacles, this year’s Noche UFC 3—officially titled UFC Fight Night: Lopes vs. Silva—will look a little different. Instead of a pay-per-view in Mexico, the event will take place on September 13, 2025, at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Even with the format change, the UFC has lined up a solid card with a mix of rising stars, seasoned contenders, and a few fan favorites.

Main Event: Diego Lopes vs. Jean Silva

Headlining the night is a five-round featherweight bout between Diego Lopes and Jean Silva. Lopes has become a breakout name thanks to his aggressive style and all-action fights, while Silva looks to make a major statement against one of the division’s fastest-rising contenders.

Co-Main Event: Raul Rosas Jr. vs. Rob Font

The co-main event features Raul Rosas Jr., the 20-year-old bantamweight prospect who has built a strong following, taking on veteran Rob Font, currently ranked in the top ten. This fight will be Rosas Jr.’s biggest test to date, and a win could push him into the rankings.

Other Confirmed Fights

Alongside the marquee bouts, the rest of the Noche UFC 3 lineup features plenty of intriguing matchups:

  • Alessandro Costa vs. Alden Coria (Flyweight)
  • David Martinez vs. Quang Le (Bantamweight)
  • Kelvin Gastelum vs. Dustin Stoltzfus (Middleweight)
  • Rodrigo Sezinando vs. Daniil Donchenko (Welterweight, TUF Finale)

Why This Card Matters

Noche UFC is more than just another Fight Night—it’s about highlighting Mexican talent and celebrating heritage through combat sports. While this year’s event won’t be in Mexico due to construction delays, San Antonio offers a strong fan base and should deliver a lively atmosphere. With prospects like Rosas Jr. sharing the stage with veterans like Font and Gastelum, fans can expect a mix of action, storylines, and potential breakout performances.
