One man spent a year sharpening his tools in Thailand. The other spent months rebuilding his defense after a single costly mistake. Tyson “John Wayne Noi” Harrison and Linus Bylander both have plenty to prove when they meet tonight.
The pair collide in the bantamweight Muay Thai co-main event of The Inner Circle 34 on Friday, October 9, live in Asia primetime from Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium. The event streams exclusively for members at live.onefc.com.

Harrison, 25, has not competed since a second-round knockout loss to Parham Gheirati at ONE Friday Fights 127 in October 2025. The Australian fan favorite returned home for only around two weeks before heading back to Thailand to train and help his Tor Sangtiennoi teammates through their own camps.
“With the time that I’ve had off, it wasn’t just resting. I was in the gym training, and I’m 100 percent ready for this fight. I had a long time to sharpen the tools in the shed and get back and get it done. So I’m excited to show that on Friday,” Harrison said.
Bylander, 29, split his first two ONE appearances, beating Saensak Supergirl Jaroonsak before dropping a decision to Suksawat PK Saenchai in May. The Swedish southpaw has spent six weeks at Silk Muay Thai fixing the lapse that cost him that night.
“The last fight went pretty well at first. The game plan was good, but it came down to a small mistake. As I already know, small mistakes cost a lot with the 4-ounce gloves,” Bylander said.

“My main takeaway is that I need to be much sharper with my defense. Specifically, what caught me was in close distance, almost in the clinch range. With traditional big gloves, getting hit from that distance isn’t usually a problem, but with small gloves, strikes you don’t see coming become a huge issue.”
That lesson matters against a man whose pressure has produced three finishes across his four ONE victories. Bylander knows exactly what kind of night he could be in for.
“He’s definitely one of the biggest names and one of the toughest opponents I’ve ever faced. I’m fully prepared for a tough dogfight if that’s what it takes,” he said.
