Tristan Tate to Follow Andrew Tate’s Lead with Combat Sports Return in 2025

Tristan Tate wants to fight before the year ends

Last month, the news about Andrew Tate becoming the new CEO of Misfits Boxing shocked fans and created massive online reactions. On top of that, Tate also announced his return to combat sports against Misfits heavyweight champion Chase DeMoor. Ahead of the fight, Tate’s younger brother, Tristan Tate, has also teased a potential return to boxing, creating further speculation.

Similar to Andrew, Tristan Tate is a former kickboxer with a reportedly strong record, though the exact verified numbers remain unclear. He retired from competitive kickboxing in the early 2010s after stepping away from the sport to pursue different opportunities professionally. The decision was influenced by injuries, limited financial prospects in kickboxing, and his interest in international business and media ventures.

However, in a recent social media post the fighter talked about making his return and also gave other details. “I’ll fight in 2025. A sugary drink may be the sponsor. Whether it upsets them or not I’ll explain that sugary drinks are for retards but wear the shirts as part of the fight Ts and Cs. I’m not interested in bankrupting the fight organisation that will host my match,” Tristan Tate via X.

Is Tristan Tate the ‘Mystery fighter’ in Misfits’ Pound-for-pound rankings?

Misfits Boxing released updated pound-for-pound rankings, introducing major changes and surprising shifts across the top ten positions following recent developments. Darren Till holds the number one spot while Chase DeMoor climbs to second and Andrew Tate appears third, reflecting growing competitive influence inside the promotion.

Notably, KSI is excluded from the latest rankings completely, marking his removal after an extended inactivity and an uncertain competitive future. Other rankings feature Tommy Fury, Anthony Taylor, Tony Ferguson,  etc, who are expected to fight on the much-anticipated December card.

The list also introduces a mysterious, unnamed fighter in 10th place, generating speculation and interest about potential upcoming high-profile debut announcements. It won’t be surprising to see Tristan Tate being that fighter and being and fighting at Misfits Mania on December 20th.
