Stella Hemetsberger Puts ONE World Title On The Line Against Natalia Diachkova At ONE Fight Night 46

A perfect record inside the ONE Championship ring is about to face its toughest test yet.

Two-sport ONE World Champion Stella “Always Hungry” Hemetsberger makes the first defense of her Muay Thai crown against Russian contender Natalia “Karelian Lynx” Diachkova in the main event of ONE Fight Night 46 on Friday, August 14. The ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title clash streams live on Prime Video from Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium.

The 27-year-old Austrian arrived on the ONE Friday Fights series with three consecutive victories to earn a US$100,000 main roster contract. She wasted no time turning that opportunity into gold.

Hemetsberger dethroned then-ONE Women’s Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion Jackie Buntan by unanimous decision across five rounds to claim the vacant Muay Thai title. The win made her Austria’s first-ever ONE World Champion.

Five months later, the pair met again with the kickboxing crown at stake. Hemetsberger prevailed by split decision to become a two-sport queen.

That victory placed her alongside Stamp Fairtex and Janet “JT” Todd as only the third woman in ONE Championship history to hold titles across two striking disciplines. Her career striking record stands at 10-1, with a flawless 5-0 mark inside the promotion.

Diachkova has walked a strikingly similar road to reach this stage. The 31-year-old from Team Mehdi Zatout built four consecutive wins on the Friday Fights series to earn her own six-figure contract in 2024.

She used that platform to chase gold immediately, though her first world title opportunity did not go her way. The Russian bounced back with two impressive victories to work her way back into title contention.

Four of Diachkova’s six promotional wins have arrived by first-round knockout, a finishing rate that speaks to the danger she carries into every fight. Her overall record sits at 32-5.

Hemetsberger enters as the reigning champion with every advantage of momentum, but Diachkova has already shown she does not fold under pressure. The challenger’s hunger and resilience carried her through adversity once before.

When these two collide on August 14, Bangkok’s most famous ring will host a genuine clash of styles and stories, with a World Title and two unbeaten promotional runs on the line at once.
