Former Real Madrid Star Sergio Ramos Linked With Misfits Boxing Talks Ahead Of Possible Summer Debut

A viral social media post has claimed former Real Madrid and Spain icon Sergio Ramos is in advanced talks with Misfits Boxing and close to signing a two-fight deal with the promotion.

According to the claim, Ramos could make his boxing debut this summer, a stunning crossover move for one of football’s most recognisable and decorated defenders. Two potential opponents were named: Andrew Tate and Zlatan Ibrahimović, immediately drawing massive attention from both football fans and combat sports audiences.

As with many influencer boxing stories, the report has travelled fast despite the absence of any official confirmation.

Sorting Fact From Speculation

Andrew Tate has already competed in Misfits Boxing. He faced Chase DeMoor in his debut and lost the bout, despite entering with a background in kickboxing and extensive online hype. Tate’s prior appearance makes him a known quantity for Misfits, both as a controversial figure and as someone who has already generated significant attention for the promotion.

Zlatan Ibrahimović, on the other hand, remains a far more speculative name. While famously outspoken and supremely confident, there has been no public indication of boxing training, interest in influencer fights, or any connection to Misfits Boxing. His inclusion appears rooted in star power rather than any credible boxing link.

Sergio Ramos himself has never been publicly tied to boxing or combat sports. The 38-year-old defender is renowned for his aggression, competitiveness, and physical edge on the football pitch, but there is no evidence of formal fight training. If he were to appear under the Misfits banner, it would almost certainly be framed as a spectacle-driven crossover rather than a conventional boxing contest.
