The UFC’s upcoming White House event continues to feel more unreal by the day, and now it has an official championship belt to match the occasion.
President Donald Trump unveiled a custom red, white, and blue UFC title belt this week during a meeting at the Oval Office alongside several of the promotion’s biggest stars. Fighters including Ilia Topuria, Justin Gaethje, Alex Pereira, and Ciryl Gane were present as the UFC officially promoted the historic “UFC Freedom 250” card, which is scheduled to take place on June 14 on the White House lawn.
The belt immediately grabbed attention online because of its patriotic design, featuring large USA-inspired colors and detailing specifically made for the event. Trump called the show “the greatest show on Earth” while revealing plans for a massive outdoor setup on the South Lawn. What makes the card even more remarkable is the lineup itself.

Two Massive Title Fights Set For White House Event
The main event is expected to feature reigning lightweight champion Ilia Topuria defending his title against interim champion Justin Gaethje in what already feels like a guaranteed war inside the Octagon. Topuria remains undefeated in his MMA career and has quickly become one of the UFC’s biggest stars thanks to his aggressive finishing style and confidence. Gaethje, meanwhile, remains one of the most dangerous action fighters in the sport and is coming into the bout with another shot at undisputed gold.
The co-main event is just as huge. Former light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira is moving up in pursuit of history as he takes on Ciryl Gane in a heavyweight title fight. Pereira already captured UFC titles in two weight classes, and a win over Gane would make him one of the few fighters ever to become champion in three different divisions.

During the White House appearance, Pereira spoke about how special the event feels, while Gane described the opportunity as something fighters may only experience once in a lifetime.
The event itself is being organized as part of celebrations for America’s 250th anniversary and will also take place on Trump’s 80th birthday. Reports suggest a temporary arena will be constructed directly outside the White House with thousands of fans expected to attend.
Whether fans support the politics around it or not, there is no denying the spectacle. A UFC card on White House grounds already sounded historic. Adding championship fights, superstar fighters, and a custom title belt has turned UFC Freedom 250 into one of the most talked-about combat sports events in recent memory.
